I work with adults, individuals, families, and couples who may be experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, relationship/communication conflicts, parenting concerns, school/work stress, anger management & other impulse control disorders. I encourage my clients to feel heard, supported and self-empowered in order to follow their own bliss.
